EXERCISE

      
Sport is an activity to train a person's body, not only physically but also spiritually. Exercise is very beneficial for the health of the body. By exercising body metabolism to be smooth so that distribution and absorption of nutrients in the body become more effective and efficient. Once when I was sitting on the bench elementary, junior high, HIGH SCHOOL, and I love the sport lessons. To the extent that I am always waiting for that lesson came. It seems to me that sports are fun. Lots of benefits-benefits that we derive from sport and lots of all kinds of sports. Sports lessons when I was always at the front line. I always carry out the activity correctly, to the extent that my clothes full of water sweat. I really like sports practice because we can know and do directly with the destination we can know and do directly with purpose we can understand it. First I often carry out all kinds of sports. So far I love the sport. As I sat on the bench in high school, I attended the sport volley ball contest. Thankful my team get a win over a good cooperation. When I was in College, it's a pity there's no sports lessons, only UKM. I don't follow UKM, because I found it difficult to divide time. So currently I rarely work out, not like it used to be that always work out routine each week.  For the moment I always take the sport though is not routine. There is a word pearls, namely: MEN SANA IN CORPORE SANO. That means: in a healthy body is a strong soul.
