SPORTS FITNESS




        When I went home Oppie holiday in Depok. My plan is to stay at home. I want with her fitness to burn fat inside the body. I wanted to shrink my thighs and stomach. Since I have started to feel the fed beasts. I think it’s cool to exercising fitness because it is done by relaxing in the room with a lot of tools of varying fitness functions. One of the reasons I love the sport of fitness. I finally stayed home Oppie.

        When the next morning, we woke up to fitness. We both got ready and prepare the items needed later. Oppie make a drink that is mixed with warm water to drink lemon us, at which time we were tired and thirsty. The drinks we serve to shrink the stomach because it tastes sour drinks. When finished making it, we immediately went to the gym called fitness BIV, Depok. We first of all aimed at warming relaxes the muscles of our body. I am guided by Oppie. There are so many tools that we play. Our fitness from 10:00 to 12:00 am. Less is more we exercise for 2 hours. Sweat a lot of falling. Afterward our body feels light, does not feel heavy when we do other activities. Although this exercise is very tiring.



        After the completion of our home. Arriving home, we were invited to eat in the streets Ciawi. We reasted for  moment and immediately getting ready to leave fo Ciawi. Then we set off with our aunt and uncle. It’s fun when that journey because we were laughing laughter along the car at high speed. Soon we reached the goal. Finish the feast of our home.
